Chaining jobs which uses different cartridges

Just wondering, how will you tweak this script where there are 2 or 3 storage devices. In other words, you want Job1, Job2, Job3 to start first using cartridge1, catridge2, catridge3. Other jobs (Job4, Job5... Job15) you want to put on hold. I will appreciate your ideas.

Which cartridge a job uses is part of the job properties, this does not matter when it comes to chaining jobs.  The only time this matters is when the cartridges that you refer to are disk cartridges and the jobs can be ran simultaneously.  In this case, look at the part of the article which describes how not to wait for a job to finish before starting the next job.  Alternatively you might want to have a couple of chain going, each targeting a different cartridge.

Thank you. I will try a combination of both.

They are disk catridges.
