Symantec OpsCenter Deployment Analysis for NetBackup

Hi All

Many of my customer`s and new Forum members have been playing around for NetBackup license tool

Have put it all toghther for Capacity model

For traditional moded only username and password to NBU master server is to be configured along with other pre-reqs mentioned for Capacity based model

Kindly go through attached sheet for step by step procedure and issues that might come up

thank u jack. i landed on right forum.... have been asked by my seniors several times to prepare dashboard of NBU utilization within our site and other regions.... it was nightmare to prepare it manually. Now i can make it in short time...... btw is it accurate? I mean as i wud be represnting it to our senior and then to management. so can we put trust on output... or we need to ask someone from symantec to do it?

As far as accuracy are concerned i may not be right person to answer. However it does saves your MIS work. It offers report 99% (near to accurate) Though some manual check are required to verify integrity. You can check with average of Full your job size. and match it with OCA reports

It was from my undertanding the deployment analysis GUI in OPScenter will not work with Linux,  just windows or solaris. I was told to use the command line to get my front end capacity report.

 Is this correct?   because my "new report" is grayed out"  for the capacity license.
